My Mother's day started on Sat afternoon with us going to my inlaws for bbq. Then on Sunday we had to be at church at 7am b/c hubby was helping to cook the Mother's Day Breakfast. So I ate there. I got a text from my mom saying that Dad's hair was falling out really bad that morning (which must have been bad b/c she wouldn't have text me that on Sunday morning). So after Sunday School I went out to the sanctuary and my parents were sitting out there (total Shock). They live 2 hours away and are very busy with their church usually but dad wanted Natalie to see him again before he lost all his hair. Once that happens we are going to have to explain things to Natalie (I'm trying to put it off as long as possible). We all went out to eat for lunch and then came home to my messy house b/c I was not expecting company. My inlaws showed up also.
My dad goes for his 2nd Chemo on Thursday....he also has a CT scan tomorrow (tues). Jason is taking Thursday off so I can go with mom and dad to his doc appointment and chemo. Please pray that this time goes just as smoothly as last.
