Doing Good

My dad has been doing really good with this his first treatment. No really bad side effects. He really only complained about a rash under his arm. His second treatment will be May 15th.
Here at my house we had a great weekend. Jason took a vacation day yesterday and we headed up the Mountain for some fishing and hiking. Pettit Jean is so beautiful if you have never been there! We didn't catch any fish (not surprising). We went on a small hike down to see the Rock House Cave. That was our first adventure in hiking with the kids..oh and the dog. Jason carried Alex down and I carried the dog. Nat did really good walking herself. One the way back up (up a hill of rocks) Jason carried both the dog and Alex most the way and I helped Nat walk up. Maybe it made us braver to do some more hiking (minus the dog).
