Where's Alex?

Lately I have been letting the kids play outside in the afternoon by themselves. I can see them from the couch in the den and it's all fenced in with 2 big dogs to protect the kids. Natalie loves the 'freedom' and usually does a great job watching Alex. So yesterday they were out there playing in the dirt like usual (always ending in a shower) and having a great time....I went to put some clothes in the washer and came back to only Natalie out there.

So where was Alex? Natalie did such a wonderful job watching him ;)

Yes that's right....he found himself a swimming pool out of the dog water bucket and was having the best time!

I couldn't even get on to him b/c it was so cute. Dirt and Water equals mud by the way.


Small Side Note: Alex will be having surgery on July 7th to place a 2nd set of tubes in his ears and also to take out his adenoids. We would be greatful for prayers. It's a routine surgery but still very worrysome for this mommy! That will also fall right in the middle of a busy time with getting back from a wedding, Natalie's birthday and VBS all coming the next week....so please pray that he bounces back quickly.
