We try to always carve our pumpkins the day before Halloween....our tradition. This time we ate Jack-o-lantern Cheeseburger Pie (yummy) and made pumpkin cookies also (I took the cookies to the church for the cake walk).
Natalie was a pro at cleaning out the pumpkins and Alex jumped right in and helped. He actually preferred eating though as you can see below.
